Propello Cloud is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Roper as a non-executive director and advisor to its board.
Roper brings a wealth of expertise and experience that will greatly benefit Propello's strategic direction, having spearheaded enterprise customer loyalty initiatives across the financial service and travel sectors.
In Roper's role as a non-executive director, he will contribute valuable insights and guidance to the board, supporting Propello Cloud's mission to improve customer loyalty for recurring revenue clients such as HelloFresh, JD Gyms and British Business Bank.
Mark Roper is currently Managing Director of Hagerty International Limited and having previously served as Head of Loyalty at Lloyds Bank, innovated Premier Banking, which offers personalised and premium banking experiences to its customers.
At American Express, he spearheaded the merchant services division for the UK and Nordic regions, achieving remarkable growth in card acceptance. As well as played a pivotal role in launching ‘Small Business Saturday’ and ‘Shop Small’ – loyalty programmes tailored to small merchants in the UK.
As Managing Director of Consumer and Affinity at Aon, he oversaw and managed numerous affinity partnerships spanning various sectors. He was also responsible for global development at Collinson, the operator of Priority Pass, the leading airport experiences and loyalty programme. Before moving onto his current role as Managing Director at Hagerty International Ltd.
His deep industry knowledge and experience align perfectly with Propello Cloud’s continued mission of nurturing customer loyalty through innovative technology, brand partnerships, and personalised customer experiences.
